For your neck, sit straight and incline your head back looking at the ceiling; then keep your lips closed and relaxed.

Take a deep breath at once and exhale forcefully opening your mouth wide and stick your tongue out as far as it will go, open your eyes and look up as it relieves tension in the face and throat, improves circulation and stimulates the eyes. You can also pinch your cheeks by taking flesh in your hands and squeeze as it improves blood circulation. Facial exercises do not acquire much time and they are cost-effective which aids in attaining healthy and radiant skin.
